Inviting Jesus’s Direction into Our Life

Inviting Jesus’s Direction into Our Life

“If you partner with God, make your plans big!” I encourage you today to make God your partner. Whatever your burden is that caused you to search for strength, give it up to him now. Do not let another minute go by without completely surrendering your burdens to Him. God wants to be your strength. Surrender to Him in your weakness and let Him show Himself strong. Remember if God brings you to it, He will bring you through it!”  – D. L. Moody

Often in life you will find yourself at a junction, or a point, where life’s path and direction seems uncertain.  You find yourself unsure what direction to go, what to do, or sometimes even what to say.  Maybe you are asked to perform some new task, given an opportunity, and you feel nervous or uncertain.  You shall find this fear, weakness, and uncertainty you feel in our heart is rooted from not including Jesus Christ into all things in your life; for He shall always be with you, and provide comfort and guidance for whatever challenge may stand before you.  Merely open your heart and reach out to Him and surrender your burden to Him, trust in Him.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”  (Proverbs 3:5)

“Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.”  (Proverbs 16:3)

With the journey in life seeming uncertain at times, and you may question if you are even going in the right direction.  Rest your fears and uncertainty with the Lord.  Commit to the Lord, and He will instruct you, and He will guide you, in all your life’s journeys.  Let us always leave our doors open to Jesus Christ and invite Him into our lives, and share with Him our life’s struggles and decisions.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”  (Jeremiah 29:11)

The Lord has plans for all of us, and He wants us to be successful in our lives, though Him, and with Him.

May we always bring Jesus into our lives, whether the task or challenge, be big, or small.  May we open our hearts and our minds to Him so that we may receive His words, His wisdom, and acknowledge His guidance in our lives, as we continue in our faith and in our life’s walk Him; our savior, Jesus Christ.

In Jesus’s name we pray
